1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website(s) owned and operated by DomainThread Inc. (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The logo, tagline, design, and all content on this Site are the exclusive property of DomainThread Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• Domain Assets: The domain names listed for sale or lease on our marketplace are the property of DomainThread Inc. or its partners until a transfer of ownership is legally completed.
• Restrictions: You may not use our branding, logo, or proprietary templates without express written consent.

3. Use License & Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site.
• "Scrape" or use automated tools to extract domain inventory data.

4. Domain Sales and Transactions

All domain sales, leases, or "lease-to-own" arrangements are subject to a separate Domain Name Sales Agreement or Domain Name Lease Agreement.

• Inquiries: Submitting an inquiry through a landing page does not constitute a binding contract to sell.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to update domain valuations and asking prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on the Site are provided on an 'as is' basis. DomainThread Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall DomainThread Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Modifications

DomainThread Inc. may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
